What we collect
The app interest page records a first-party visitor identifier, page visits, whether you tap the iPhone/iPad or Android button, and the referring campaign when one is present. If you choose to join the launch list, we also collect your email address and device preference.
How we use it
We use this information to understand demand for the app and to send launch-list members one email when the selected app is ready. We do not sell this information or use the email for unrelated newsletters.
Storage and analytics
Waitlist emails are encrypted before being stored in Convex. Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-focused, cookie-free aggregate web analytics such as pages, referrers, country, browser, and device type. Our own first-party visitor cookie lasts up to 180 days so funnel events can be counted without creating an account.
Retention and choices
Launch-list records are kept until the app launch or for no more than 24 months, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. To request deletion, email support@homeword.app. The free seven-day plan remains available without providing an email.
